feeds and speeds

Hello folks,

 

I'm new to the cutting scene and I would like to know more about the feeds and speeds.

here are the specs of my cutting machine

 

machine type: AMADA 

MODEL: 230

Band Saw Blade: LENOX CLASSIC PRO™ BI-METAL BAND SAW BLADES

 11inch 1 1/4 x .042 x 2/3

 

we are paying for our material to be cut to a certain length, but now we would like to do it in-house to save.

here are the types of material that I will be cutting soon.

 

Aluminum-

302,303,304,306-

17-4ph and 17-7ph

tatanium-

inconel-

 

could someone help me out and give me starting parameters for these types of material.

I would appreciate the information.

and if someone has a similar machine like me, any tips or tricks are welcome.

I would also like to learn the automatic feeder along with the part counter.
